Join our prenatal yoga instructors in this 5 week Prenatal Yoga Series to develop a practice that is right for you and your body. As you learn more poses and tools your instructor can help you to modify them as your belly grows. Gain confidence in your body as you strengthen and prepare for birth. Learn to soften and breathe more easily. These skills are ones you can utilize during labor/birth or stressful times in your postpartum.
Our Prenatal Yoga instructor, Lis Mitchell is a big advocate for the physical and emotional benefits of yoga. She helps women/parents connect deeper with their ever-changing bodies during their pregnancy journey. In this class she will work with you on your individual goals and needs and adapts the yoga practice to all skill levels and needs.
