Caroline Bracey
Caroline began advocating for maternal and infant care after struggling with her own perinatal mental health. These experiences helped her recognize a significant gap in the support system available to birthing people, new parents and infants, especially in rural North Carolina communities. Recently, she has spoken at state events to encourage state leaders and public organizations to expand access to prenatal support.
Caroline witnessed the invaluable importance of Doulas firsthand when she was a Postpartum client of High Country Doulas herself in 2017. Through her relatable and compassionate presence, she has become a trusted ally for individuals and families navigating the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth & parenthood.
