In this meal prep workshop, we will be prepping 5 meals and a dessert to have ready for busy nights! All of our meals will be loaded with nutrients and vegetables that will help the whole family eat healthier with ease!
Participants will receive recipes & hand outs via email on how to get started on Meal Planning. I will walk them through, step-by-step and discuss foods that are important to add into your daily meals. Using the recipes, we will prep each one to get them ready to be cooked for dinner on a busy night. As we work, we will discuss easy ways to have meals ready to go.
Participants will have the recipes ahead of time and are welcome to buy ingredients and prep along with me, or relax and watch during the class, and prep their meals later.
We will be learning meal prep tips and tricks, easy recipes, and exactly how to cook every meal we will be putting together.
