Breastfeeding may be the most natural thing in the world, but that doesn't mean it always comes naturally.

Most new moms struggle with breastfeeding in the beginning, but knowing some basic principles and easy tips can help those initial days go a little smoother.

This INFANT FEEDING module is 3 hours long. It's high-energy, interactive, and fun! We'll discuss breastfeeding basics, pumping, bottlefeeding, paced feeding, how to track feedings/diapers, going back to work, and what makes a good latch.

Virtual classes will be held via Zoom. You just need a laptop, I-Pad or smartphone with Zoom downloaded. Once registered, you will receive a Zoom link, a comprehensive digital resource packet and afterward, a recorded copy of the class.
