Most new moms struggle with breastfeeding in the beginning, but knowing some basic principles and easy tips can help those initial days go a little smoother.

This INFANT FEEDING class is 3 hours long. It's high-energy, interactive, and fun! We'll discuss breastfeeding basics, pumping, bottlefeeding, paced feeding, how to track feedings/diapers, going back to work, and what makes a good latch.
