During these prenatal coaching sessions, Sara Kennedy will cover what it means to be L.E.A.N in various stages of pregnancy, optimal nutrition and healthy lifestyles, and easy ways to incorporate healthy habits and mindsets during pregnancy! Among this series of different classes, participants will have meal planning workshops, helpful hand-outs via email, and we walk through how to meal plan to save time and money while adding nutrient-dense meals into your diet.

$90 per 3 couples or 6 individuals for all three sessions
