In these virtual prenatal coaching sessions, participants will learn about the LEAN Expectations from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. We will be discussing Optimal Nutrition During Pregnancy and Beyond.
Participants will have a meal planning workshops, helpful hand-outs via email, and we walk through how to meal plan to save time and money while adding nutrient dense meals into your diet.
Participants will learn:
● What it means to be L.E.A.N during pregnancy
● What it means to “Eat for Two”
● What additional nutrients are required for a healthy pregnancy
● A pantry makeover
● Label reading
● Self-care
● Recipe re-vamp
