“I couldn’t have had the positive experience of birth without my doulas. Nellie was the one that was there for me when it was time for me to give birth, but she and Madeline were fantastic through the whole process. They were there to answer questions I had and give me support as I developed my birthing plan. They showed my husband important positions he could use to help ease my pain during contractions, helping him feel like he was able to help me through the experience. Nellie was there on call whenever I needed her to answer any questions while I had contractions throughout the day before I went to the hospital. She was on her way to my home to help me through the contractions when I decided to go to the hospital. Without any question, she redirected to the hospital. She was there the whole time and even helped me during the actual delivery. Even after my baby was born she was receptive to questions or concerns I had. Overall, this team was a team of rock stars, and I sing nothing but praise to anyone who is currently going on their pregnancy journey.

Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. It was perfect and empowering.

[The placenta encapsulation service] was such an easy and convenient experience since it was done in our home. I appreciate that all supplies were provided. Jessica was wonderful. She even left us a card and gift which made the experience feel so personal. It was also very interesting to learn how the process worked.

KM, 1st time parents also attended our BIRTH Express class prenatally.
